Hyderabadi Cuisine is a fusion of South / North & East / West India.
Since the location of Hyderabad is almost at the centre of India.
I even specialize in Indo-Chineese dishes which are quite popular in Hyderabad.
Like Chicken 65 and Chilli Chicken.
